mindsets for Transformational Change
Our world is experiencing unprecedented change requiring both leaders and associates to adapt to change at an exponential pace. This workshop will explore how mindsets shape our ability to navigate change and will challenge the participant to reframe their mindset to shift a change from a challenge to an opportunity. A mindset is a set of assumptions, methods or beliefs held by one or more people. These thoughts and beliefs shape our habits and impact how we make sense of the world. Additionally, these mindsets impact how we lead and how we operate within an organizational system. Reframing the root causes of mindsets can expedite the pace of organizational change.
